Working with Students
for my Coloringbook

For my latest colouring book, Rome is Where My Heart Is, I had the joy of collaborating with a class from the Don Sardelli school in Rome.

It all started on Instagram, where I connected with the class teacher. Together, we came up with an assignment for the students: they were asked to find the perfect reference photos of the most beautiful façades in Rome just for me. I ended up tracing four of their reference photos, all of which made it into the coloring book. As a thank-you, my publisher Uitgeverij MUS gited the class a copy of the book. A wonderfully timed suprise!
